My co-worker recommended Genesis after I told him about the numbness I was experiencing in my leg. When calling them up, they were very friendly and helpful in getting me an appointment within a week. The staff is incredibly friendly and my favorite part is they remember each and every patient and treat you with so much respect.During my initial appointment, they took x-rays of my spine as well as other electrical measurements. They found a pinched nerve and came up with a treatment plan and it has been great! Dr. Erik and Dr. Chase have done great work, and after my 6-week treatment plan was through, they re-took the electrical measurements and it has shown great improvement! I feel so much better too, but I was glad to see actual data to back-up how I'm feeling. They have shown me different stretches I can do at home that have helped my progress. I can't say enough about Genesis Chiropractic! They are fantastic and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I had a vehicular accident last May and Drs. Erik and Jeff took care of my pain. Everyone is very caring, the listen to your needs and make sure that you get well. I also had massage therapy that relieved my muscles and pain. I am still ongoing treatment and I know that I am in good hands.
I was referred to Genesis by a good friend of mine as Dr Erik is her brother. I had been seeing a chiropractor off and on over the years and he recently stopped practicing. I was so very impressed with Genesis and it starts from the minute you walk in the front door. The staff at the front desk are very engaging and knowledgeable. They explain the process, answer any insurance questions for you and are very efficient in their jobs. Working with Dr Erik and Dr Chase has been a wonderful experience. These two doctors explain everything to you, answer any questions you may have and seem to have an absolute passion for their job. I can honestly say that in the month I've been going here, I feel 100 times better than the first day I walked in the door. I cannot say enough about Genesis Chiropractic. Color me impressed and a patient for life!
I have just had my 1st 2 visits at Genesis Chiropractic Health Center. Dr. Eric and Dr Jeff explained how they begin by doing some mapping and xrays to see the condition of the spine. Then explain how they will work to make the needed adjustments to provide healing and relief. On my 2nd visit Dr. Erik explained things very well and gave me just a few things to work on inbetween visits. The Staff at the front desk are welcoming and explain how the steps of each part of the visit.I have had pain in my hips and lower back for quite some time and have great hope I will experience relief.

When I first started to run I could barely do one mile without my middle back feeling like there was a knife in it. After visiting Dr. Erik for just a couple weeks I could run pain free.

joy oreilly108 days agoGENESIS CHIROPRACTIC HEALTH CENTER in Eagan, MN is a place I would refer my family and friends. They are professional and very knowledgeable in treating patients. I was involved in a car accident and my neck and shoulder were injured. My Friend referred me here from her outstanding treatment. Jeff and Eric are both friendly and help you feel comfortable. They both genuinely care about you. They created a treatment plan for me and were there for teaching and support through my treatments. I continue to go twice a month by choice to keep myself maintained. Try them, you won’t regret it! MLS LASER THERAPY I injured my knee and was not able to walk on it without intense pain. I was using my office chair to get around the house. My chiropractor Jeff suggested I might consider MLS Laser Therapy that is located downstairs in their building. During my visit with MLS Laser Therapy I met Hope and learned that this is an advanced laser technology using light that helps eliminate pain and reduce inflammation and helps your body to heal faster. I also learned it was safe and had no side affects. Hope thought Laser therapy would help my knee’s inflammation and pain and help my knee heal faster and had other patients with similar conditions that had been helped with Laser. I felt confident in trying this therapy and went twice a week for 3 weeks. The treatment was easy and I went from not being able to stand or walk without intense pain to 3 weeks later being able to walk and go up and down stairs without pain. In just 3 weeks I got my life back and was able to grocery shop, go out to stores and out with my friends again with no pain. Hope has been very kind and helpful and helps you understand how the treatment works and what to expect. Theresa Seifert152 days agoI cannot recommend Genesis Chiropractic in Eagan highly enough, both for their chiropractic care, and the MLS laser therapy they offer. 3 years ago I was diagnosed with peroneal tendonitis in my foot that was constantly being aggravated by everyday activities…mowing the lawn, riding a bike, taking a walk. Nothing recommended by the orthopedic clinic Dr’s or the podiatrist I saw was helping. I was getting desperate for relief and during one of my routine wellness adjustments, Dr. Jeff suggested having a consultation to see if MLS laser therapy could help heal my tendonitis. I scheduled a consultation and met with Hok the next day. She explained in detail how the MLS laser worked and why it could help something like my tendonitis. She was pretty confident MLS laser therapy would reduce, if not eliminate, the pain from my tendonitis. I started MLS laser therapy that day! I was cautiously optimistic that it would help, but wasn’t expecting such dramatic results in just a couple weeks. For the first time in 3 years I’m almost completely pain free! I could not be more pleased with my results so far and the care I’ve received from Hok. I’m not sure who was more excited about my progress, Hok or me! She is such a caring, genuine person and very good at explaining what to expect during the treatment as well as afterwards. Being in the barbering industry, I spend long hours on my feet and often deal with back and neck tension. Since coming here, I’ve noticed a tremendous improvement. After 3 appointments I am slowly getting better and am able to walk with out too much pain. He explains everything he does and makes sure he is not hurting you. I recommend this clinic highly. I could barely walk and was in so much pain and was a huge skeptic... they have helped me be able to work and live my life as a bartender again!!! The first mile stone was being able to actually put my shoes on and tie them by myself, next was walking with only the slightest limp, and now I actually walk upright and am finally able to get sleep with no pain!!! This place is amazing and as soon as you walk in they truly make you feel welcome and remember who you are and genuinely care about you and your life, you are never treated like a number. My daughter had persistent stomach pain, and after a completed treatment plan, the pain disappeared. My son had back pain from a hard fall on his posterior. Again, after a completed treatment plan, his pain is gone. Now they get adjustments once a month, to maintain their general overall health.Posted on Google

They even help manage the insurance piece which saves a lot of time and headache. Logan Mortenson4091 days agoI am having a great experience with Genesis Chiropractic. At first, I was very nervous about getting chiropractic care since I had never received it before. However, Dr. Erik and Dr. Chase put my mind at ease. They are very professional and walk you through every step of the process. All of the staff members are very friendly and helpful. I tried many other treatments (deep tissue massage, acupuncture, physical therapy, etc.) to deal with moderate pain in my lower back and legs, but none were successful. After about a month of chiropractic treatment at Genesis, my back and leg pain have significantly decreased. I highly recommend Genesis Chiropractic!Posted on Google

Tamara Day4100 days agoI was referred to Genesis by a good friend of mine as Dr Erik is her brother. I had been seeing a chiropractor off and on over the years and he recently stopped practicing. I was so very impressed with Genesis and it starts from the minute you walk in the front door. The staff at the front desk are very engaging and knowledgeable. They explain the process, answer any insurance questions for you and are very efficient in their jobs. Working with Dr Erik and Dr Chase has been a wonderful experience. These two doctors explain everything to you, answer any questions you may have and seem to have an absolute passion for their job. I can honestly say that in the month I've been going here, I feel 100 times better than the first day I walked in the door. I cannot say enough about Genesis Chiropractic. My 5 year old LOVES getting 'adjusted by the cipractor' and enjoys coming with me. They staff is extremely friendly and treats you like you are family-even when you are brand new. I was totally new to chiropractic, and have been nothing short of AMAZED!! No more head aches, no more stiff necks, or back twinges. No more finger tingling. It has been a wonderful experience. Doctors Erik and Chase employ a very comprehensive approach that offers clear knowledge of what is going on for each of their patients and a well defined road map of how to get to a state of wellness with scientifically measured progress reports. Since I began going to Genesis I've experienced great improvement in how I feel every day. Get in, snap - snap, good ol' "Hey I would like to have you maybe come back either later this week or next week" scenario. I mean, literally I've been tolerating back, neck and shoulder pain since diagnosed with a condition 8 years ago. No explanation to what the causes were/are specifically. The doctors and staff always greet with a smile on their faces, they give thorough explanations to what my specific conditions are and what they're offering to do to help me. Ash T4351 days agoI was very nervous about going in to a chiropractic center at first, I didn't know what to expect or if it would be painful. Both Dr. Eric and Dr. Chase showed me that it was nothing to be afraid of! They really make sure you feel welcome and also that they fully understand what is wrong with you before they do any adjustments. They took xrays, heat scans, and electric scans to know exactly what they needed to do. I was fortunate to have stumbled upon a free massage therapy session at the Minnesota State Fair. At that point I was referred to Genesis Chiropractic Health Center and couldn't feel more fortunate for my referral. It has been a wonderful and positive experience. They first diagnose your pain points and really come up with a plan to get you back to good health. It is not an quick overnight fix but a step by step plan to eradicate any physical problems you might be having for the long term. The people at the booth were very friendly and I was immediately drawn to the fact that I didn’t have to pay for the first exam. The staff at the front desk have greeted me by name since my first visit. The Chiropractors are very conscious of whether you are in pain and do the adjustments in the most discreet manner possible. The Chiropractor always lets me know what they are adjusting and whether or not it feels better or worse from the previous adjustments. Mitch Bunker4546 days agoMy co-worker recommended Genesis after I told him about the numbness I was experiencing in my leg. When calling them up, they were very friendly and helpful in getting me an appointment within a week. The staff is incredibly friendly and my favorite part is they remember each and every patient and treat you with so much respect. During my initial appointment, they took x-rays of my spine as well as other electrical measurements. They found a pinched nerve and came up with a treatment plan and it has been great! Dr. Erik and Dr. Chase have done great work, and after my 6-week treatment plan was through, they re-took the electrical measurements and it has shown great improvement! I feel so much better too, but I was glad to see actual data to back-up how I'm feeling. They have shown me different stretches I can do at home that have helped my progress. Now at genesis chiropractic I am experiencing huge relief and enjoying a wonderful, friendly atmosphere. Since then, the doctors have educated me on my spine and how each vertebra affects different parts of my body. They have alleviated ongoing pain that was becoming more pronounced as time went on. My treatment is slow since I can only afford to pay per visit and my visits per week are limited, but it's still helping me in ways I never imagined. Amanda Coffin4858 days agoI love this place. The atmosphere here is really laid back and relaxed and the staff is great. I have to say, prior to using this facility, I was very anxious and didn’t really trust chiropractors. Needless to say they have alleviated my fears and anxieties. Furthermore, their pricing is fair, and they allow you to make payments. Which is awesome. I would hands down recommend this place to anybody, even if they don’t think they have anything wrong with them. It never hurts to find out! These guys really care about their patients. Adrienne Olson4890 days agoI had terrible back pain a few weeks after an auto accident. After 2 months of adjustments and following what the doctors suggest I feel 100% better. I am also sleeping better, having less headaches, and notice better posture. Both Dr. Chase and Dr. Eric (and staff) are curteous and professional. I originally came in with neck and jaw pain due to TMJ and can already feel improvements. Dr. Erik, Dr. Chase and the whole Genesis staff are friendly, informative and motivated to help all their patients. Defiantly worth the price of a co-pay!Posted on Google

The family at Genesis Chiropractic is always so welcoming and pleasant. Dr Erik's knowledge and experience is evident from your first exam to every adjustment. Andrew Brown5125 days agoIf you're someone that believes a healthy life is and should be possible without the regular use of drugs and surgery, you should consider Genesis Chiropractic a kindred spirit (I personally feel both are last resorts). I became a patient of Dr. Erik because of a chronic neck issue that had gone to the point that it was severely interfering with my work (maintenance work; hands and knees; awkward positions) and private life (anything beyond laying in bed felt like a risk). I was downing several Tylenol a day to keep things from locking up, and had tried a couple different chiropractors. Unlike previous doctors, he took a strong interest in helping me handle my particular problem out of his office, as well as in. That was really what I needed, as I didn't have the time or money to be running back for every minor twinge just because I was afraid of it snowballing. The Genesis staff and the recent addition of Dr. Chase are just as dedicated. They've always helped me with any questions or issues that come up, and I've always felt like they genuinely care. Even when the dreaded money issues pop up, Genesis has always remained compassionate and understanding. Thanks to their help, it's been over a year since I've had any major problems. Monica Hecklinger5182 days agoI highly recommend the Genesis Chiropractic Health Center. Dr. Erik & Dr. Chase are extremely knowledgeable and all staff members are very friendly. The best part of this health center is that the doctors not only treat your injuries, but they educate you on how to help increase your progress. Dr. Erik & Dr. Chase have not only improved my posture but have prevented many years of chronic pain and improved my overall quality of life. I have been grinding my teeth at night for the past 10 years due to my body compensating for an unaligned spine - (I never knew that a hard hit in high school hockey could affect my life 12 years later). Shannon Martin5196 days agoI had been experiencing pain for weeks. To the point that I spent an entire weekend laying facedown on the floor to find relief. I had been seeing a chiropractor but it was NOT helping and I thought surgery would be my next step. My uncle referred me to Genesis. I called for an appointment and they were able to see me the next day. I was experiencing pain in my lower back and numbness in my leg. They actually took x-rays and found other long term issues I was not aware of in my back. Within a month I was 100% better than I had been. Dr. Erik and Dr. Chase are very thorough and knowledgable with any issues and also in regards to nutritional supplements. I do not feel that I would be this far in my progress if I had not be recommended to them. I would definately see Genesis before I would explore any type of surgery.Posted on Google
Michael Konyu5234 days agoAmazing family care! We came to Genesis Chiropractic in response to an in jury with our 11 year old son. None of us having any chiropractic care before, we were a little skeptical on all of the health benefits. We were not looking for a quick fix or another pill to ingest, we wanted him to truly heal from the inside out. Dr. Chase and Dr. Erik have been very helpful and knowledgeable in the recovery of our son. He is now pain free with many additional positive side benefits. Meghan Knoke5237 days agoI would absolutely, 100% recommend Genesis Chiropractic Health Center to ANYONE with ANY sort of body discomfort. I first found Genesis at the Wine, Women, and Baseball event for the Minnesota Twins. They belong to a co-op of many health centers and this just happened to be the closest care facility to where I live in Eagan. They were just a little chair massage section in the corner of the ballroom and were offering $10 coupons for x-rays and an exam. First of all, $10 is a steal of a deal! X-rays alone usually cost way more than that. I had never really considered myself to be someone in need of chiropractic care, but thought, what the heck, for $10 I would give it a try. I discovered with the x-rays and tests upon my initial exam that in fact, the small minor pangs in my back could be remedied. When you first walk in, you are always greeted by your first name and smiling faces. This includes the 2-3 different administrative ladies at the desk as well as both Drs. Erik and Chase. All staff make you feel incredibly welcome, part of a community/family, and are genuinely concerned for your overall health. They strongly encourage questions, and they want their patients to know what is going on with their own bodies and often thank me during my adjustments for my body responding so well! :) I am moving to a different part of the Twin Cities September 1st and am very bummed that I won't be able to continue at Genesis, but they assured me they would find me a good replacement before I left. All in all, I absolutely LOVE going to the chiropractor and look forward to it after long days at the office sitting at a computer. When I walk out they jokingly tease me, saying that they could sell me a small island because of how relaxed and carefree I am. I strongly encourage anyone who even has the slightest bit of discomfort in their backs, shoulders, or anywhere else, to check out Genesis for taking care of these issues. If you think about it, your entire body feeds off of your spine, so why WOULDN'T you want to make sure it's in the best shape possible?Posted on Google
Donn O'Malley5469 days agoGenesis Chiropractic is unlike any other I have seen and I have seen my fair share. I went to Dr. Erik in hopes of finding a doc that I could come and go as necessary when my back got really bad. I had lost all hope of actually feeling good on a day to day basis. That all changed after my first visit with Dr. Erik. He was absolutely confident that I should be able to get to a healthy state again. He uses technology, common sense and his knowledge to not only help you but provide the information and details to help yourself. The three things that I believe set Dr Erik apart from all the others: - Thirst for knowledge: To understand the root cause and not just treat the symptom. He looked beyond the complaints and the pain to being able to explain where they come from. There was never a focus on just making the pain stop, it was always about getting my body to a place to try and prevent the pain in the first place. - Expects his clients to be a part of their recovery/future health. I believe Dr. Erik truly wants his clients to be healthy and provides everything at his disposal to help get there. - Stays true to the tried and true simple techniques - He adjusts, stretches, strengthens and expects consistency. He doesn't try to sell you on anything as a quick fix. He repeatedly reminds you to be safe, slow and steady. I don't remember the last time I was able to walk all day without pain, now I am running and it's only been a few months. No marathons yet, but I no longer have to rule them out as an impossibility.Load more
